Can anyone help with the ID of this mollusc found in Tulamben, Bali, Indonesia. I think it could be Vexillum exasperatum but I'm not sure.

Yes, V. exasperatum. Note the commensal polyps camouflaging the shell! Cool picture! |

Thanks Felix. I didn't realise they were commensal polyps, I thought it was part of the animal, especially since I have seen other photos of Vexillums but only exasperatum seems to have the polyps. |
