The first are from Cebu', dimension from 24.3 to 29 mm
The second is from Australia, dimension 13.5 mm

The specimens from Cebu seem to be improcera with labrums of varying thickness as they sport yellow tips, but are rather faint in some of the specimens. Specimen 4 possibly malformed? |

I agree. The PI ones are all improcera, the Australian one is angasi. Note the different posterior canal. I assume the Australian one is also more shiny and the tips are not tinted darker (difficult to see in the pics) |
